Steve has over 28 years experience in real estate development, construction and property management. After earning a bachelor’s degree in management in 1984, he began working in real estate development, acquiring development sites. He has been a registered Massachusetts Real Estate Broker since 1987. In 1988, Steve began developing multi-family apartment sites for SK Properties. During that time, he developed over 600 units of elderly and family properties in three New England States. He also developed and managed the build out of several single-family subdivisions, the latter of which was a 43-unit development in the southern part of Manchester, NH, Heritage Common, completed in 1997.
Beginning in 1995, Steve managed the design and development of the first affordable assisted living developments in Massachusetts. Between 1995 and 2000, a total of eight communities were developed, encompassing over 600 beds. In addition to development, he also provided management oversight to the residences. The Crossing communities are among the most successful assisted living developments in the state.
Other developments include, The Village at Phoenix Pond, a 50-unit empty nest condominium community in Shirley Massachusetts, and the Windgate active Adult Community in Salisbury, Massachusetts. This is a 74-unit Massachusetts chapter 40 (B) LIP approved development completed in 2004. Also, the Crescentgate active Adult Community in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. This is a 69-unit Massachusetts chapter 40 (B) development completed in 2006. 9 Atlantic Ave. was recently completed and consisted of six ocean front condominiums in Salisbury, Massachusetts.
Peter Lee, Chief Executive Officer

Peter Lee has over 22 years of experience in construction and real estate development. After attending Keene State College in 1978, Peter began managing individual construction projects for Seppala and Aho, one of the largest General Contractors in New Hampshire in the 1980s. Responsible for numerous challenging and successful projects, he acquired a reputation for solving difficult construction problems, while doing so on schedule and on budget.
In 1992, Peter joined the SK team to manage Andella Homes, the General Contractor responsible for building all of the communities developed by SK Properties. From 1992 to 1996, Peter developed and built ten apartment complexes in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Vermont. Beginning in 1996, he was responsible for the construction oversight and management of all of the Crossings developments. In total, he managed over 450,000 square feet of construction in ten locations. One of the reasons for the overall success of the Crossings model is the diligence that Peter displayed in the day to day operations of Andella Homes to deliver each building in a timely and cost effective manner. Andella Homes routinely delivered a finished product at a lower total cost and completed sooner than many of its competitors.
Construction projects completed with SPL include $2,000,000 in development and construction for Benchmark assisted living in 2002. A total of 26 new assisted living units were built at Chelmsford and Shrewsbury Crossings.
Peter has also managed all of the construction activity for SPL’s projects including the Windgate development in Salisbury, Massachusetts, a build out of over $13,000,000, the Crescent Gate development in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, a build out of over $15,000,000 and 9 Atlantic Ave. in Salisbury, Massachusetts with a build out of over $3,600,000.

Susan Bolgar has been involved in residential real estate since 1989. She is a highly versatile Sale Director with a demonstrated record of accomplishments. She has a reputation for excellent customer service and maintaining strong client and colleague relationships.
Susan takes great pride in assisting home buyers through the complex maze of new construction and design selection.
Prior to joining The Village at Salisbury Square, Susan was a Sales Director for Northland Residential Construction, LLC at The Village at Seven Springs in Burlington, MA a 74 unit condominium project.
Additionally, Susan has been responsible for the sales, marketing, advertising and management of many residential new constructions projects throughout eastern Massachusetts
Susan has earned the NAHB New Homes Certified Specialist designation, NAR’s Green certification, CRS (certified Residential Specialist and is a GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), but her greatest claim to fame was listing and selling WGBH’s “This Old House” Milton Project home.

With an interest in interior design for many years, Andrea loves to create beautiful, comfortable environments, spaces that reflected that spoke of "home".
In 2005, after being certified as a Staging and Redesign Professional, she began merchandising model homes along with the subsequent public spaces for builders who wanted to create environments that perfectly matched their buyers' idea of beauty and comfort in a home.
After completion of the model units, buyers began to call, asking for help to create for them, the same sense of "home" that they felt in the model units that matched their own personal sense of style and comfort.
After working with these, and many homeowners since, Andrea realized just how rewarding it is to work with each client, and help them refresh and update their interiors, so they look forward to returning home each and every day.
